NRCHA Derby Horse Show Champions Crowned in Scottsdale, Arizona
The final day of competition at the National Reined Cow Horse Association Jack and Phoebe Cooke Memorial Derby wrapped up on Sunday, June 14, at WestWorld of Scottsdale in Arizona. During the eight days of elite reined cow horse action prestigious derby champions titles were bestowed, horse show champions were crowned and over $500,000 in cash and prizes were awarded. The 435.5 composite eared the pair $3,438, a CR Morrison bronze finished trophy, sponsored by the Arizona Quarter Horse Association, gift certificate to Sami Fine Jewelry, product from Platinum Performance, a straw hat from Shorty’s Caboy Hattery and UltraCruz product.The Non Pro Limited Spectacular Champion also earned top honors in the Non Pro Limited horse show class, collecting $1,218 for the win. |
